In less than 10 minutes, you can gain a clearer understanding of your situation and access training related to the areas where you need to progress.
Who is Kultursistema for?
Kultursistema is designed for people, projects, organisations and businesses in the cultural and creative sectors, whatever stage they are at.
It can help you if you're just starting out and are still shaping your project, if you already have an activity underway and want to grow it, or if you're part of an organisation looking to consolidate, evolve or diversify.

The time may vary slightly depending on the information you want to include in your profile, but the process is designed so that you can understand your situation and get useful guidance without turning it into another endless administrative task.
What do I get after completing the diagnosis?
After completing the diagnosis, Kultursistema identifies the areas where your project can progress and recommends training related to those needs.
The idea isn't to give you a score and leave you alone with it. We want to help you identify what makes sense to work on now and give you resources to do it.
How does Kultursistema decide which training to recommend?
The recommendations are based on the answers you give during the self-assessment and on the Kultursistema methodology.
The system identifies the areas you can work on and directs you towards training related to those specific needs. That way, instead of giving you twenty generic tips, we help you focus on the one thing you probably need to start with.

Kultursistema uses artificial intelligence to help catalogue your project and translate the information in your public profile.
AI helps us connect your project with Kultursistema's taxonomies and categories so that it can be found more easily, and to translate the information you choose to make public.
The self-assessment is not carried out by artificial intelligence. It is based on the Kultursistema methodology and on the answers you provide.
Are my data and diagnosis answers public?
No. The diagnosis is private and only the information you choose to include in your profile is shown publicly.
Your self-assessment answers are not part of your public profile. The public profile and the diagnosis are two separate things: you decide what you want to show the rest of the world.
Who created Kultursistema?
Kultursistema is based on a methodology originally conceptualised by Ricardo Antón and Roberto Gómez de la Iglesia for the Karraskan Professional Association and developed by Conexiones improbables.
The current version has been developed with the Conexiones improbables team to turn that methodology into a digital self-assessment and guidance tool specifically designed for people, projects and organisations in the cultural and creative ecosystem.
